WIXOM - The IndUS Entrepreneurs, Detroit Chapter has successfully completed its program launch year session of TiE Young Entrepreneurs – TYE Class of 2012. TYE is a unique program seeking to promote entrepreneurship among high school students in the state of Michigan.

TiE Detroit Launches Training Program For High School Entrepreneurs
WIXOM - TiE Detroit, the Detroit Chapter of the global not-for-profit organization TiE – Talent, Ideas, Enterprise, has launched a new educational program that targets motivated high school students to teach them the basics of entrepreneurship. The application deadline is Aug. 26.

Arbor Wind Wins TiEQuest Business Plan Competition
NOVI – Arbor Wind Power Turbines won the TiEQuest business-plan competition hosted by TiE Detroit, while Environmental Transporation Solutions was the runner up. Each won cash prizes. But Arbor Wind is automatically entered in the TiE Global competition as well as a semi finalist in the $1 million Accelerate Business Innovation Competition.
